Issue with multiple click boxes on one slide

i have 1 slide contains 4 click boxes. each click box configured open unique  url when clicked on. when slide runs it's automatically loading url (in new window) first click box without being clicked. don't know causing i've tried changing settings seem relevant no success. have ideas?

please check action on enter of slide, if there action open url.

 

have tried opening same project in browser?
