My photo Share is not working correctly.

the share part of pse 11 isn't working correctly.  can send photo cannot control size or quality.  control features missing.  also, cannot add text e-mail.  using adobe mail.  isn't first experience pse.  started either 2 or 3.  everytime update have work through gliches.  yes, love pse can sure tired of gliches.  , getting impossible.

what computer system using?

 

is same photo mail , attachments?
