Thread: Pidgin and Switch Spell, annoying problem

hi.
after upgrading 12.04 have got irritating problem can not solved. haven't had before in earlier ubuntu's.


preffered im client pidgin, (never understood empathy), ways install plugin pack able use "switch spell" can choose spell check in different language, different contacts, , remember setting.
on last months have installed 12,04 several times (beta testing), , half times switch spell remembers setting each contacts (as should), runs spell check in system default language anyway. open chat contact, start typing , words underlined red, when clicking spell check language language set danish checking has been done in english. when reselecting danish spell checking in danish rest of chat. next time i'm in chat same contact again have reselect danish if set , remembered switch spell uses english until reselecting danish.

if make new user danish language problem not occur, until change language english. -which want.
written above had problem in half installation have made of 12.04, have failed spot pattern. have of course tried removing, purging, deleting ".purple" , installing again.
it's daily annoyance, , don't want reinstall again 2-3 times "fixed".

got clue or advice?
