Wav and SWF disconnect (CP6)

problem coworker -

scenario:  live software demonstration taped simultaneous audio narration.  swf files , audio files (both wav , mp4 behave same) exported , imported template.  audio attached swf in attempts , separate in other attempts.  when previewed swf, wav , mp4 work fine.

 

problem:  when captivate 6 project published audio runs expected swf file runs 20 seconds behind.  suggestions?

did add vidoe on slide event video or multislide synchronize video?

 

can youy try split audio , viode across several slides , republish. let me know lag still 20 seconds on viewing locally.
