Website will not save

i believe updated muse , website not save.  using macbook pro.  when try open other websites have created message:  "one or more open files have been moved or renamed.  before opening file, open files must closed or saved using save as."  problem save dimmed , not available nor quit adobe muse.  can not use "open recent" none of sites available.  can seemingly work on software; however, not sure save.  ideas out there?
