Flash player does'nt run smoothly

im running flash player on google chrome in macbook 2.1, im using latest version of mac os 10.8 snow leopard, , issue everytime play video or animation related flash player does'nt run smoothly , video , audio stutters, have 1.5 gigabytes of ram memory , usaly close everyting bebore playing video does'nt affect video performance.

this started arround 1 , half months ago  if please me gratefull.

after "poking around" in firefox today, found plugin causing "choppy" playback youtube. "aniweather" has "alert" icon blinks when there's weather alert (it's monsoon season i'm @ blinks lot lately) , causes video freeze every time blinks.

disabling plugin totally resolved problem.

i'd recommend going through other plugins , try disabling them 1 one see if affects playback. whichever 1 does, culprit.
