How to embed Connect video in webpage without autoplay / autostart

i want embed connect recording our locally hosted connect site on our webpages. use plone , i've manually added code:

this appears work in testing video starts playing when load webpage - not want do.

 

how have video embed not play unless user selects play?

we expect user ready watch video when clicks on link view video content. auto-play it.

inside meeting if share content, expect host play according preference, start in paused state.

 

currently there isnt way start video in paused state.
