Premiere Elements stops playing timeline randomly

hi,

 

since days, premiere elements 10 stops randomly replay of timeline. after 1 second, 20 seconds. , on different positions ... between cuts, @ transition, ... not reproducible.

i'm using pe10 years same machine , same mov-videos canon cameras ... simple cutting, arranging, transitions, nothins spectecular.

my machine window 8 64bit pc, i7 cpu , 8gb ram geforce 9500gt.

the thing, changed operating system windows 7 windows 8 weeks ago.

 

isn't pe10 not compatible windows 8? or can problem behind random stopping of replay?

my premiere elements 10 works fine on windows 8, dont' think that's it.

 

it's more mismatch between video , project settings.

 

what model of camcorder video coming , format , resolution it?

 

what  project settings (listed under edit menu)?

 

a mismatch between video , project settings in version 10 indicated red line above clips in timeline mode. case in project?
