if close error message able start creative creative cloud app despite error. have tried reinstalling application manager problem persists.  kind of annoying , know how fix it.

can close creative cloud app , uninstall control panel > programs , features

 

after uninstall, check contents of c:\program files (x86)\adobe\adobe creative cloud

 

and run cleaner tool ensure removed

option 3 cs6 , cc products , option 1 creative cloud should target creative cloud app specifically

after that, reinstall https://creative.adobe.com/products
