Creative Cloud logs itself out 2-3 times a day

i'm using creative cloud on mac (10.8, rmbp) , windows 7 pro (x64) desktop. logged out of creative cloud on desktop anywhere 1-5 times day, @ least twice though. mac last week or before needing me login in.

 

it's annoying , can time consuming if i'm working on large files i'm forced close adobe applications, login creative cloud, open again, , accept license agreement on every app.

something network setup or security stuff likely... doesn't sound liek specific adobe @ all..
