I can't install any program with CC

this started trying install lightroom 5.  keep receiving error listed below.  after read other forums have no adobe cc programs installed , can't install of them.  need on this.

 

i running windows 7 pro 64bit.  here error.

 

exit code: 7

please see specific errors below troubleshooting. example,  error:

1 : choose language english

 

2 : press "y" when prompts .

 

3 : choose option 3 , option 1. might see adobe lightroom 5 in list. remove well.

 

post please rename "oobe" folder "oobe.old" below location.

 

c:\program files(x86)\common files\adobe\oobe .

 

c:\users\<user name>\appdata\local\adobe\oobe .

 

 

we can try of troubleshooting steps mentioned in documents. though previous e version products
