Soucis d'installation "Adobe Creative Cloud"

bonjour j'ai un soucis... j'aimerai télécharger adobe creative cloud pour pouvoir tester avec la version d'essai des logiciels comme photoshop, after effect, ect. le soucis est que lorsque je télécharge adobe creative cloud, l'installation s'arrete au 3/4 de la barre et un message d'erreur survient... je n'arrive donc pas l'installer... aidez moi svp ! je suis sous win7 ...

please open activity monitor , aamupdate notifier , manuall kill it. try install again.

if still same error:

 

go library/application support/adobe/oobe/pdapp , rename pdapp.old. try install again.

 

if still error exists try enable root account: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 , follow above mentioned steps.

 

please let know whether worked.
