Uninstalled Flash Builder due to errors. App Manager will not let me re-install.

i running lion osx 10.7.5.  have creative cloud installed , running flash builder 4.6 older purchase.  installed 4.7 , had error project explorer not rendering , throwing java errors.  used uninstaller flashbuilder remove application , going attempt re-install.  however, adobe applications manager says have fb installed , date.  can not re-install.  why cloud not synced , thinks still have date version on system?  furthermore, how reslove issue?

 

secondly, concerning flash builder error, have same apps installed on windows box.  ran problem when trying open fb 4.6 workspace 4.7.  able point new workspace , resolve problem, did not work on mac, therefore why decided uninstall , try again.
