Footnote rules not working correctly?

i'm having issue footnotes in cc.

 

if footnotes appear in single column, find , rule above works consistently expected. if use 2 colums – , doesn't matter whether that's 2 separate frames, or single two-column 1 – rules don't match: checkout screenshot ...

the left-hand rule correct, right-hand 1 defaults 1pt black. can't find combination of options in footnote settings remove this, or set right.

 

does have fix? seems quite major failing of feature, , manually add these footnotes document nightmare.

 

what doing wrong?!

 

update: appears on first page of document – other pages work correctly.

any idea what's happening?

@kevin – not related indesign cc. it's footnotes of column 1 continued on column 2.
and continued footnotes there separate control of rule above…

 

it's in footnote settings. can control both rules there:

 

rule above [first footnote in column]   [x] rule on

rule above [continued footnote*]  [x] rule on

 

*don't know how called in english ui.
for both cases, can define stroke width, color, etc.

 

can show settings both cases screen shots?

hi, relatively new linux (have used many live disks) , have had install of ubuntu 12.04 few days now. part have found easy use , have been comfortable it. have first question can't resolve myself: adding googles repository list. when first ran command supplied google found did not have wget installed. used apt-get install it. worked fine (as far can tell) re-ran googles code : wget -q https://dl-ssl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub -o- | sudo apt-key add -deb http://dl.google.com/linux/deb/ stable non-free , message 'gpg: conflicting commands' tell me going wrong , how fix please new script : wget -q https://dl-ssl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub -o- | sudo apt-key add linux_signing_key.pub need edit /etc/apt/sources.list , add line @ end deb http://dl.google.com/linux/deb/ stable non-free end hope find usefull edit: need root or use sudo make changes /etc/apt/sour...
