A problem with the parallax

sorry for bad english but i go through google translation!

here problem:

i exported my site in html.

i got all saved files and have stuck to a usb stick.

i plugged the drive a netbook that has a 10 "screen and clicked on file" index "to launch in firefox.

the page opened and i found that the objects on which i have applied a downward movement are completely staggered when i scrolled. they go down much lower on page and covers other elements.

on pc with a 24 "screen there is no problem.
my netbook has small resolution of 1024x600.

why objects do not they respect their movements and locations on a smaller screen?
