After "text engine" error I can't open the file anymore

hello!

 

i searching whole internet help, wasn't able find anything.

 

i hope can me up. here problem: working on psd-file morning when error message appeared - saying somthing of text engine. canceled error message few times, saved document, closed photoshop , reopend application. since moment, not able open file anymore, photoshop stopped making anything. can open every other psd-file, not specific one. when try open specific file photoshop stopps doing anything.

 

does know problem? tried lot of things deleting font cache, trying open file older photoshop version, tried open id, ai, fw, gimp etc.

 

i using photoshop cc on windows 7 (64bit).

sounds font (or font manager) related problem.

 

we'll have take @ file figure out going on.
