Cannot Enable Flash Player, Shockwave Install Fails to Launch

cannot enable flash player or launch shockwave player installation download on dell inspiron 1545 64-bit running windows 7 ultimate ie9.

have performed full flash player clean install described in june 18, 2013 posting, active x filter disabled , shockwave flash object enabled.

flash player installs not enable.

 

installation download shockwave player responds message add-on site failed run , not launch.

 

thank can provide.

windows 7 run ie 10. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/ie-10-worldwide-languages

it's possible upgrade resolve this, reset ie internet options.
