I need to reinstall Contribute 4.0

we have single licesnse contribute 4.0, , needed on new computer. adobe rep told delete version on old computer, , install on new computer. however, rep failed mention, download cannot found anywhere. after having deleted it, we're stuck without contribute on workstation. can't support agent b/c serial number old.

 

any suggestions?
