importing variables from FM11 to RH10, case sensitive?

we use variables in fm represent special characters, such greek letters , math symbols. i've noticed when variables same name different case imported, 1 of variable definitions disappears after closing , reopening project.

 

for example, importing fm document containing variables "prime' , "prime", or "alpha" , "alpha" results in variables placed in documents, , variable names appear in user-defined variables list. however, after closing , re-opening project, 1 of variables , definition have disappeared.from user-defined list.

 

is known issue respect importing variables robohelp? there way control this?

i'm not fm user aware cannot have 2 snippets name same ignoring case.

 

the workaround snippet uc , snippet lc. can set things in fm same way?
