acrobat x error 130:11


i'm adobe cloud subscriber - today tried open pdf file using acrobat x , received error message 130:11.  followed prompt , restarted machine - received error adobe not connect ddl server?

so online looked , found suggestion try adobe aplication manager check updates - errors corruption , suggests contact customer service - not appear be?

i adobe files appear counterfeit - validation errors?
