my elements 9 not open edit photos window. please!

what happens , how launching editor?

 

are seeing error message?

the editor saved prefs corrupted. because pse saves settings each time close application. problems can occur if don’t let program close or if launch application whilst closing down elements. may need rebuild editor preferences resolve conflicts. begin, close elements.

 

hold down ctrl+shift+alt keys , simultaneously click on edit button on welcome screen. after few seconds release 3 keys , behind welcome screen closing it. alternatively hold down 3 keys whilst  clicking on desktop icon editor or photoshopelementseditor.exe in programs folder. keep holding down 3 keys few seconds; release. should settings option.

 

when see pop box words: delete adobe photoshop elements settings file?

 

click on yes

 

then wait whilst elements rebuilds preferences.
