we bought export convert pdf word not working.  how convert pdf file word doc?

the should able start:

1. sign in adobe id , password https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html 

2. select "export pdf" right panel

3. click "select files" button , choose pdf file

4. select ms word (*.docx) format selected default in export options click "export" button

5. click "download" button in progress bar download , open file in ms word.
