Cant start my cloud app any more


can´t start cloud app more white screen.

got newest version.

and can´t connect server anyhow ask me buy programm or run on test mode

hi lab 2,

 

please follow these steps

 

1. quit cc desktop app

 

2. rename oobe folder oobe.old location.

 

windows:

c:\users\(your username)\appdata\local\adobe

 

mac:

~/library/application support/adobe

 

once done please relaunch cc desktop app, should work.
