"General Error" During Building Process

hello,

 

everytime click on "build" create dvd image or folder (after going through entire project , checking errors), soft video transcoding (from m2v), imports video, audio transcoding (from wav) and, when importing audio, process stops , shows "general error" box. audio , video remain "untranscoded" in "project" tab.

 

i have imported audio , video separately because both files huge; way ram handle rendering process prior constructing dvd in encore.

 

what should do?

i click on "build" ... video transcoding (from m2v),

do transcoding prior doing build. makes easier troubleshoot.

 

but if bringing in m2v, want see "do not transcode" not "untranscoded" in transcode status column.

i have imported audio , video separately because both files huge; way ram handle rendering

you want bring separate video , audio encore. how ram have? may source of problems.
