Exports From Audition CC Give "Header Error" in Premiere Pro CS6

hello,

 

i have finished audio mixing on 15 track project in audition cc. heavy had export tracks separately import them premiere pro cs6 movie project. way further adjustments in individual tracks later on directly on premiere, if needed (since mixing isn´t we´re ever done with).

 

i´ve exported them in wav 9600 hz 32 bit (audition doesn´t whether it´s floating point or not) , wav 9600 hz 24 bit. originals on tracks eitther wav 9600 hz 24 bit, or wav 9600 hz 32 bit (converted 24 bit aplly declipping , normalization), except 2 tracks music had mp3, wav , m4a.

 

when importing exported audition files premiere of 15 tracks, including ones didn´t have mp3 , m4a in it, give me message "the file cannot opened because of header error".

 

questions:

1. wrong?

2. in case there isn´t solution, best lossless formats try , exports importing premiere?

 

thanks lot.

despite error showing in pp, may better asked in audition forum, since what's creating files problematic.
