Render errors in exported file

hi,

 

i'm having problems rendering grading.

during grading there no problem, clips linked correctly , showing in monitor.

 

when render, in exported .mov after 26 seconds (different every time) (grade 1m26sec) frames black tiny grey frame , error message in middle, saying 'could not open additional file handler thread 3' (or other number).

when go timeline can find same error messages on same frames.

saving file won't work now, error message.

quit speedgrade, open file again, , error messages gone. again rendering gives error messages on different frames.

deadline tomorrow afternoon, hope can find solution!

it possible original file has problem, or perhaps quicktime problem. try export or transcode frame sequence (dpx better option).
