Thread: Why exfalso needs to install brasero too?

hello,

i'm on lubuntu 12.04 machine , install exfalso

code:
$ sudo apt-get install exfalso ...  following new packages installed:   brasero brasero-cdrkit brasero-common dvd+rw-tools growisofs libart-2.0-2   libbonobo2-0 libbonobo2-common libbonoboui2-0 libbonoboui2-common   libbrasero-media3-1 libdee-1.0-4 libgee2 libgmime-2.6-0 libgnome2-0   libgnome2-common libgnomecanvas2-0 libgnomecanvas2-common libgnomeui-0   libgnomeui-common libgnomevfs2-0 libgnomevfs2-common libidl-common libidl0   libindicate-gtk3 libindicate5 liborbit2 libquvi-scripts libquvi7   libtotem-plparser17 libunity9 python-cddb python-gconf python-gnome2   python-indicate python-musicbrainz2 python-mutagen python-pyorbit   quodlibet-plugins wodim ...
i don't want install brasero (xfburn enough needs) , don't want install packages gnome desktop.

idea why exfalso needs staff (and why brasero???) , how avoid this?

sudo apt-get --no-install-recommends install exfalso
there (mostly) 3 types of dependencies:

normal ones: can't run without them
recommends: users them (exfalso recommends quodlibet-plugins recommends brasero since includes plugin burning)
suggests: users might install them

normal , recommends installed default. use --no-install-recommends install needed.

hello,   a fellow employee requires adobe acrobat pro installed use, , management me have sorted out. employee uses thin client connect terminal server of administration work.   i require single license adobe acrobat pro used single user.   will there license issues installing adobe acrobat pro on terminal server?   can install adobe acrobat pro on terminal server?   thanks, david hi david,   yes, can install acrobat terminal servers... !   the licensing terminal server considered normal licensing process, means need buy many number of licenses acrobat number of users accessing terminal server (like citrix) access software. eg if 10 users accessing citrix server @ particular time use acrobat software need 10 licenses same. when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
