Why can't I download the purchased product after trial version worked??

adobe trial went decided purchase yearly. have not been able download of products after purchasing it. what's going on???

do still have trial versions installed, if yes go ahead , open product , sign in/enter serial number activate.

 

if bought creative cloud download creative cloud app here: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud , open see products installed , can download products listed there.
