How do I adjust the bleed marks to match the requirements I was given?

background: new indesign , having learn trial , error. using indesign cc.

my current document 8.75 inches x11.25 inches , bleeds top, bottom, inside, , outside 0.25 in. slug top, bottom, inside, , outside all  0in.

i need meet these requirements (verbatim how worded it):

a full page print ready (300dpi) advert dimensions of:
bleed: 221mm wide x 281mm high
trim: 215mm wide x 275mm high

*i thought trim illustrator? trim same crop marks?*

how adjust document meet above requirements?  advice helps! thanks!

trim final size after trimming. simple math reveals specify 6mm of bleed (3mm per side) in each direction. here's setup:
