CC desktop app crashes on sign in. Unable to launch any CC applications .


i'm having problem creative cloud desktop app. keeps crashing when enter adobe id sign in. if try launch of cc applications, adobe application manager opens "sign in required" message. when attempt sign in aam, crashes well. unable use adobe products on laptop right now. happened after running string of updates.

 

here system info:

macbook pro 2011

2.2 i7, 16gb, 512gb ssd

os x 10.8.4

 

and few things have tried:

uninstalled , reinstalled creative cloud desktop.

changed adobe id password.

trashed cc desktop preferences.

trashed other adobe preferences.

rebooted.

 

one thing did working creating new user account , signing in under new account. when log in personal user account requires adobe id sign in , nothing works.

 

any ideas?

please rename oobe oobe.old

 

location

 

macintosh hd--->computer--->library--->application support--->adobe--->oobe

 

after renaming can login www.creative.adobe.com , tab  'download center'  download , install 'adobe creative cloud'
