Photoshop CS6 Application Has Moved Message

hello folks,

 

 

i keep getting application has moved message when starting photo shop cs6

i have attached screen grab of message here. can tell me need keep happening each time start cs6?

 

my os osx mountain lion 10.8.4

 

i start cs6 normal location cs6 icon resides in dock.

if select update button, has no effect, application still gives me same message each time start up.

 

any or suggestions appreciated.

exactly ps located on system?

have replaced drive, or changed volume name?

did ps once launch correctly, without message?

if so, recall system changes, before began happening?
