Thread: How do I downgrade to an older Nvidia driver?
i using latest nvidia driver, , finding causing me lot of problems (3d desktop crashing). read somewhere downgrading older nvidia driver should trick.
graphics card name: amd sempron(tm) processor le-1300
running 12.04, on 64bit machine. want install driver:

or one: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source....13-0ubuntu6.1
how can install this?
that's processor listed there. have integrated amd graphics? or have nvidia video card. either way if want downgrade driver remove current 1 using additional drivers utility(jockey-gtk) , remove installed drivers. restart, open additional drivers utility , install correct driver , restart again. ubuntu should start using driver.
