Thread: Need to Clean up File Manager Context Menu, please Help! (Open With...)

i have been searching not find appropriate.

seems can add items file open right click menu via "open with..." dialog, cannot remove them?
programs leave own stuff there (file-roller: "extract here" - uninstalled file-roller).

these things stored , how can clean up?

ps: think remember gnome/nautilus offers gui not here on xfce 4.8.

hi, try this.

open file browser right-click file , select 'properties', in pop window select 'open with' tab see apps open file , others of type.

right-click app in list, should 1 option 'forget association', click that. job done.



edit: these instructions nautilus. no idea if work within xfce or lxde. op added info before reply got posted.

when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
