Problem withApplication Manager

in trying download ps cc, application manager failed , not update, after first claiming instance running.  tried re-booting no avail.  (i upgrading cs6, running windows 7).

i wonder if cs6?  have in hidden icons on right of task bar , see if bridge launching background process on startup.

 

are using same adobe id?  afaik each instance of aam connected particular id.  pedantice give problems if don't use same language settings throughout, discovered when had english north american aam , of adobe apps, , english international others.  has same aam , apps.
