my reply:

i clicked on url in reply (view full discussion) couldn't figure how/where answer you.

there yes/no option asking if suggestion of use. clicked no, hoping allow me reply, didn't.

hence reply follows:

i can login new/changed email & can see subs & services says have adobe export annual 6 months left.

but when trying convert file pdf word or excel stays in "uploading file adobe exportpdf online ...." &

not stop "uploading" . . . 2 hours later file still "uloading" & no, it's not related file size, same thing irrespective. further, have converted bigger files without incident. seems me there mis-merger of information/authentication between old email (which no longer valid i.e. cannot login email) & new email.

 

please help.
