Thread: Ubuntu can't see windows 7 drive


hey,

installed ubuntu 12.04. when restarted computer , logged on, tied find windows 7 drive in nautilus wasn't listed.

have tried stuff ntfs-config, editing fstab etc. neither of these give me access windows 7 internal hdd. have been able access ntfs drives able read/write ntfs external drive.

have been able use 'sudo mount' through terminal want able explore via nautilus on 11.10 , lower.

ran 'sudo fdisk -l' , shows ntfs windows drive fine.

have latest version of ubuntu if means no access windows go 11.10

ideas?
