Import function doesn't work at all

after installation of programs master collection opened ae , without configuration started new project , tried import files (png, jpg, gif, avi, mp4). right after ae starts import gives me message:

whatever try import message same. importing more 1 file to.

 

what did far?

- looked in faq, nothing found there

- looked on forum , google , haven't found anyone, might have same problem

- reinstalled ae several times

- reinstalled windows, drivers ,

 

i have note, i'v been working ae since ae6, , first time have kind of problem.

 

i use after effects cs6 (came width master collection cs6), version 11.0.0.378

settings default

 

windows 7 ultimate on laptop: lenovo y580

procesor: intel core i7 3630 qm 2.40 ghz, 4 cores, 8 logical processors

8 gb ram

nivida geforce gtx 660m

 

do need else know?

what system language settings? set polish? looks unicode issue...
