being totally new ubuntu, thing has stopped me making full switch ( thing several guess) ability or lack of being able use adobe photoshop. assumed work wine no joy. semi pro photographer cs5 ( , cs6 ) bread , butter tools. adobe use several other photographic software tools such photomatix, lightroom, elements , acr.
between im casual gamer , have yet try out games on ubuntu , wondered if there list of compatible ones ( fps, mmorpg ).
0 knowledge of programming , raised on dreaded windows os have 0 clue commands in ubuntu ( or linux environment , 1 time did try linux based os around 10 years ago barely passed trying install drivers whole thing totally baffled me!

there particular reason why there problems witha dobe , ubuntu /wine. adobe issue , there sign in near future fix.
1 thing maintain , keep date os , looking @ teh sad state of affairs windows 8 wont able have no plans upgrade , mac os unnaffordable option me

i can't specific photoshop 1 thing wasn't expecting when first started using wine there several versions available in repository, not latest. latest 1 wine1.4 make sure version have installed. in experience, support improves dramatically each version.

also, set should try installing photoshop winetricks comes bundled wine, or playonlinux, available in repo needs installed seperately. set optimal configuration application automagically.

hello,   a fellow employee requires adobe acrobat pro installed use, , management me have sorted out. employee uses thin client connect terminal server of administration work.   i require single license adobe acrobat pro used single user.   will there license issues installing adobe acrobat pro on terminal server?   can install adobe acrobat pro on terminal server?   thanks, david hi david,   yes, can install acrobat terminal servers... !   the licensing terminal server considered normal licensing process, means need buy many number of licenses acrobat number of users accessing terminal server (like citrix) access software. eg if 10 users accessing citrix server @ particular time use acrobat software need 10 licenses same. when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
