Displaced PSE 'window' on macbook

after long time using pse 11 sucessfully have found when open programme organiser 'window' has moved top of macbook screen , unable move down don't have access top of 'window' help? have menu bar , can operate of programme through that. editor , full screen view normal not organiser.

go system prefs>displays , set screen resolution down bit. should able reposition window. afterwards, set resolution up.

 

if using 2 display setup, other option turn on other display again , move there.
