Files Stopped Syncing

i received access font , file syncing service cc couple days ago.  began moving lot of files on creative cloud folder , began syncing fine.

last night, after restart, noticed files stopped syncing unknown reason.  still have 'clients' folder in creative cloud files folder, desktop app giving me generic window of "to start saving files creative cloud..." window though have files in cc folder.  see screenshot attached.  shows have big folder , 1 jpg image in cc files folder.

one thing did notice if go preferences -> files tab, shows folder location home directory, , not cc files folder.  have tried several times change folder location cc files folder, every time i'm prompted move dialog , when click on move, popup turns black , says "moving creative cloud file folder..." after completion files folder resorts os x home directory.  i'm not sure if that's right or not.

i have no idea going on here , why of sudden stopped working.

another issue may or may not related fonts.  can go fonts tab, click browse fonts on typekit , install fonts web, fonts tab in cc desktop app still shows generic "welcome" message, though see fonts installed in programs photoshop, illustrator, etc.

i should note did uninstall , reinstall desktop app , restarted computer few times no avail.

is maybe bug in cc desktop app?

thanks -

hi,

did check permissions of folder files are? also, can mail core sync log files located @ ~/library/application support/adobe/coresync , named coresync....log ... date @ bhatnaga@adobe.com. please note location begins ~ means users folder. library folder inside hidden folder, use go folder option of finder. also, let me know if comfortable having connect session.

regards,

anirudh
