Thread: issue with startup command


so want run command when log in, make life easer,
trying make guake open 6 new tabs, know open new tab type
code:
guake --new-tab=1
or hit shift-ctrl-t
rather have automated,
put above command in "startup application" see if work , didn't, tried make file in gedit containing
code:
guake --new-tab=1  guake --new-tab=1  guake --new-tab=1  guake --new-tab=1  guake --new-tab=1  guake --new-tab=1
and place in startup application, still no luck, tried file .sh file extension , make executable, still no luck, can make work?

post startup file talking , it's contents.

also, know squat quake, since allows new-tab=1, can put in new-tab=6 , 6 tabs??
