Thread: Upgrade frozen at 99%

i upgrading 11.04 12.04 , took 7 hours download - through terminal because if kept getting error message using update manager , i've got 99% of downloaded , has frozen. i'm not technical, should now? have lost didn't up? please help! computer dell expiron, year old, i'm afraid don't have more specs that.

is still stuck?

unfortunately, seems though might have failed @ last stages of upgrade.

let know current status.
