Elements 4 crashes when I try to use menus

i have been working elements 4 several years without problem. of sudden, if try add menu completed video, program crashes.  no error message, closes.  the way restart re-boot computer.

 

i tried go completed project had menus , tried open that, elements crashed before gets project open.

 

i can import footage, edit, add titles, everything, if try add menu, crashes.

 

i tried running software repair premiere elements disc, didn't help.  i did same menu templates, of no help. have recent driver video card.  any thoughts on why can't add menus or open projects have menus?

 

here basics of my system:

hp desktop pavilion elite m9650f

ms windows vista home premium 64-bit sp2

cpu - intel core i7 920  @ 2.67ghz

ram - 8.00 gb triple-channel ddr3 @ 532mhz

graphics - ati radeon hd 4600 series (xfx pine group)

hard drives -   733gb seagate st3750528as (raid)          

                        1954gb hitachi hitachi hds723020ble640 (sata)

optical drives - hl-dt-st dvd-ram gh40l

audio - realtek high definition audio

when did last run disk cleanup , defragmenter on computer?

 

and don't forget ensure have latest version of quicktime latest graphics card drive ati or nvidia web site.

 

there interference raid setup on c drive. raid considered obsolete way set drive , can cause problems more intensive processes.

 

also, don't model of camcorder video coming from, version 4 8 years old , limited in ability work video files. can work video minidv camcorder.

 

version 11 more advanced , versatile. works virtually kind of camcorder video, , able take advantage of 64-bit operating system , large ram load -- version 4 can not do. might worth an  update @ least version 10!

Adobe Acrobat Pro , Terminal Server Use

hello,   a fellow employee requires adobe acrobat pro installed use, , management me have sorted out. employee uses thin client connect terminal server of administration work.   i require single license adobe acrobat pro used single user.   will there license issues installing adobe acrobat pro on terminal server?   can install adobe acrobat pro on terminal server?   thanks, david hi david,   yes, can install acrobat terminal servers... !   the licensing terminal server considered normal licensing process, means need buy many number of licenses acrobat number of users accessing terminal server (like citrix) access software. eg if 10 users accessing citrix server @ particular time use acrobat software need 10 licenses same. when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
