how do I tell the CC application manager that Lightroom is not installed on my pc?

before got cc using lightroom 5 swedish version evaluation. used application manager install english version setting language english language after cc installation of lightroom still swedish. checking language settings again after installation set english. uninstalled lightroom using control panel remove , intention reinstall cc. however, application manager still claims lightroom installed. how cc application manager understand lightroom not installed , when reinstall it should in english?

 

win 7 home premium 64-bit pc, cc version 1.0.2.189

when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
