i teacher trying use form track student internship progress.  created form student completes 3 pages of information.  want 1 of internship preceptors have access complete last 3 pages audit of student performance specific event.  there way have submit button on page 3 students, have preceptor collaborator, able log completed form , complete last 3 pages student?

sorry not support type of workflow.

 

what can create second form preceptor. when notification student submitted data fill out second form. there  should have field on second form identify student associated with. can manually merge 2 completed forms after.

 

another option manually add columns first form' reaponse table , have preceptor fill out detail view (view > detail view) in view responses directly after notification student submitted data.
