Hello, Elements 11 has shut down twice

after quite few hours of work.

 

today did after clicked 'render' button.

 

i happy reinstall application, wondered source of problem. windows 7 telling me elements problem. event viewer looks (attached). , technet (attached).

 

best uninstall/reinstall elements 11?

 

no other program closes here.

i think computer needs major tune-up! version of windows this? windows 8?

 

that said, model of camcorder video coming , format , resolution it?

 

how fast processor, how ram have , how clean, free, defragmented space on c drive?
