Problem compiling sample plugin with Xcode

hello all,

 

i'm having problem compiling sample plugin sdk ("basicplugin") using xcode on mac os. xcode's build error "unknown type name 'curshandle'". error occurs in 2 source files: avexpt.h , saferesources.h. can't find header supplied acrobat sdk defines curshandle type.

 

i'm running mac os 10.8.4 , xcode 4.6.3.

 

the sdk documentation said sdk compatible xcode 2.x; elsewhere in documentation said compatible xcode 3.2 or 3.3. reason above error? it's not possible me install older version of xcode though, because i'm running ox 10.8, , older versions aren't compatible.

 

i'd grateful help.

yes, sdk still using carbon features (even though acrobat doesn't use in carbon).   such, need older version of xcode speaks carbon.

 

consider using vm of flavor run older version of mac os , xcode.
