Failed to Initialize

i try install , says failed initialize @ 50%. read this>

 

failed initialize

 

         

reason: antivirus software vendors comodo, jiangmin, , rising incorrectly identifying adobe flash player installer malware. false reports these vendors include “trojware.win32.trojan.agent.gen,” “trojan/jmgeneric.bcy,” , “suspicious.” users reporting “failed initialize” errors , installer getting quarantined.

 

but...i have avg , zone alarm. zone alarm came allow or deny pop , kept saying allow. avg never identified a

malware me.

 

anyother ideas? please help.i have been downloading 11.8.800 off site of latest install.
