missing plugins installed in PPro CC via Extension Manager

i downloaded premiere pro cc 2 weeks ago , played bit before going work on ongoing cs6 project.  (i own cs6 license last year.)  when in pp cc, noticed plugins (some transition effects) bought filmimpact.net no longer available.  went site , said had reinstall them thru extensions manager cc.  downloaded , seemingly installed them successfully.  played them bit in pp cc test project. it's 2 weeks later, open pp cc , tells me effects missing.  open extension manager cc , see plugins "enabled", they're not in premiere.  idea what's going on , whether can them back?
