Problems downloading CS4 Design Standard from Prodesign Tools

trying download cs4 - purchased time ago , need transfer new computer - prodesign tools keeps on sending me adobe page asking registration - did. on how around this?

you must follow 7 steps.  if have problem dl'g, didn't follow 7 steps. 

 

the common error involves failing meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds cookie system enabling download correct version adobe.com).
